Aeration is the practice of using a mechanical aerator to punch through the three layers of your lawn to remove bits of soil which are left to sit and decompose. By removing these cores of soil, water and air are better able to penetrate to the roots of the grass resulting in better mineral absorption and healthier grass.

Aeration is normally paired with overseeding which distributes new seed onto your lawn. This seed settles into the holes made by the aerator and utilizes the cooler, more humid micro-climate of the holes to germinate new grasses, filling in any patches and generally thickening your lawn. Our program boosts growth with a shot of starter fertilization after overseeding to provide vital nutrients needed by growing grasses.

Our turf management program supports your lawn throughout the year with carefully balanced fertilizer and weed control to keep your lawn lush and weed free.
